Choose a remedy: No one has all the constipation symptoms so choose based on the most prominent ones. If symptoms change, take a remedy that matches your new symptoms.
Dosage: One 30C dose once or twice daily. See the Dosage Chart
- When you have a bowel movement, stop taking the remedy.
Notes:
- If a self-selected remedy – however well indicated – doesn’t help and your symptoms are chronic, you need to seek medical expertise. A doctor will provide a diagnosis and/or a professional homeopath can evaluate your symptoms in the context of your whole person.
- Dr. Panos suggests increasing exercise, fluids, fiber in diet, and trying to alleviate negative emotions. Also, don’t ignore your body’s signal when it is time to go.
- Do not use homeopathic remedies as laxatives. If you continually need a remedy to have a bowel movement, a professional homeopath can evaluate you and look for the right remedy tailored to your unique whole.
