Acne

Choose a remedy:  Choose based on the most prominent acne symptoms.  If symptoms change, take a remedy that matches your new symptoms.

Dosage:  Take 6C, 12X, 12C twice daily for several weeks. 30C may be substituted later on a daily basis as needed.*

• When symptoms improve, stop taking the remedy.
• Repeat if symptoms start to return.
• If no improvement is seen, try a different remedy.

Notes:

• Some professionals recommend not treating acne at home but keeping the skin clean and eating a good diet.  If this does not help and acne remains, the below remedies may help in the short term.
•  If a self-selected remedy – however well indicated – doesn’t help, you should consult a professional.  A doctor will provide a diagnosis and/or a professional homeopath can evaluate your symptoms in the context of your whole person.
