Choose: a remedy based on the most closely matching altitude sickness symptoms
Dosage: 6, 12 or 30C every 30-60 minutes at the onset of symptoms, then every 2-6 hours depending on severity of symptoms.
- stop taking when symptoms are 75-80% better
- repeat if symptoms return
- if not improving after a few doses, try a different remedy
Note:
- If going to a high altitude and not acclimated, take a dose in advance of the climb
- Severe shortness of breath and blue tinging anywhere on the body are indications of lack of oxygen – seek professional help.
- If the remedy is helping, you may continue to take the remedy until at a hospital/urgent care.
