Choose a remedy: Choose a remedy based on the most prominent symptoms. If symptoms change, take a remedy that matches your new symptoms.
Dosage: 12X or 6C four times/day up to seven (7) days or 9C or 30C twice a day for 2-3 days. Or, see the Dosage Chart
- When improvement begins, stop taking the remedy.
- Stop taking the remedy if no improvement after several doses.
Notes:
- If a self-selected remedy – however well indicated – doesn’t help and your symptoms are chronic, you need to seek medical expertise. A doctor will provide a diagnosis and/or a professional homeopath can evaluate your symptoms in the context of your whole person.
