Choose a remedy: Choose based on the most prominent symptoms. If symptoms change, take a remedy that matches your new symptoms.
Dosage: If you do not have the recommended dosage, 6C, 12X, 12C or 30C can be substituted. See the Dosage Chart for guidance.
- When symptoms improve, stop taking the remedy.
- Repeat if symptoms return
- In acute cases, if no improvement after 2-3 doses, try a different remedy
Notes:
- Seek urgent help if there is a high fever and the pulse is rapid, the person is confused, incoherent, or unconscious as these are symptoms of sunstroke.
- If a self-selected remedy – however well indicated – doesn’t help and symptoms are more severe than you would expect for sunburn, you need to seek medical expertise. A doctor will provide a diagnosis and/or a professional homeopath can evaluate your symptoms in the context of your whole person.
