Dosage: 12C, 30C. Or, see the Dosage Chart
- For minor, localized injuries it is best to use lower potencies. For instance, 30C twice a day for 2-3 days, less if improving; or if pain is severe, more often, decreasing frequency with improvement.
- If symptoms change, change remedies.
- For serious injuries: On the way to the Emergency Room, you may give
- Arnica 200C every 15-30 minutes up to two or three doses* or
- Arnica 30C if severe trauma, up to five times.*
Notes:
- If a self-selected remedy – however well indicated – doesn’t help and your symptoms are more than expected for the type of injury or bruising you have, you need to seek medical expertise.
- Seek medical care for serious injuries involving broken bones, excessive bleeding, blows to the head resulting in unconsciousness, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, headache, speech abnormalities, unusual behavior or internal injuries resulting in the person becoming weak, pale, shaky, having a cold sweat, rapid heart rate or light headed.
