Choose a remedy: No one has all the symptoms so choose based on the most prominent ones. If symptoms change, take a remedy that matches your new symptoms.
Dosage: For acute pain, take 12X every 2 hours or 30C every four hours until improvement occurs.*
- If no improvement after 2 doses, select a different remedy.
- Repeat if symptoms recur.
- Or, see the Dosage Chart
Note: These remedies may help in the short term, but if menstrual pain is recurrent, or there is significant abdominal pain, especially with fever, tenderness, vaginal discharge, you should see a medical professional. A doctor can diagnose any underlying disease and a professional homeopath may be able to find a constitutional remedy that addresses the underlying reason for your pain.
