Dosage:
- Creams/ointments may be applied several times a day
- Orally: Take 6, 12 or 30th potency as required for pain. If very severe injury, every 15 minutes for an hour.* For less severe pain, every 1-2 hours initially, going to 4-6 hours as pain improves**

- Stop taking remedies when improvement is noted;
- If no improvement after 3 doses, try a different remedy that more closely matches your symptoms.
Note:
- If using a tincture instead of a cream/ointment, dilute in water so the alcohol in the tincture does not sting.
- Use common sense – if a wound is serious, get medical attention.
- If a cut, scrape or scratch is not healing as expected and showing signs of infection or a red streak going toward the body, get medical attention.
